Linda: I honestly think that those who don't like vegetables are just hidden food snobs. The standard carrot and celery in dip just won't do. Give them something more elaborate-green beans with sliced almonds, peas with pearl onions, breaded eggplant with yogurt-and you'll create a veggie lover. At least that's what it took for me as a teenager!</description>
