I just made this and put it on the potatoes from taco bell. My boyfriend and I order the cheesy fiesta potatoes without cheese or sour cream, so I thought I’d like to find a vegan nacho cheese to go on top. Absolutely incredible.

I just made this- had the late night munchies, and it turned out great. It doesn’t necessarily taste just like the nacho cheese I remember, but it’s good in it’s own way. I’d like to try it on enchilladas.

That nacho cheese looks fabulous! A pinch of turmeric gives it a little kick, accenting, not destroying the nutritional yeast-y goodness of your melty recipe.
